Simply put these are isolated incidents that are far more rare and in less frequency then the sexual assault and rape rates in western countries.Keep in mind you may hear of a few dozen of these incidents a year in other countries,but in the U.S OF A every 2 minutes a woman is sexually assaulted! think of that in the time it took you to read this,a woman would have been sexually assaulted or raped in USA!This statistic is only for the 63% that is reported so the rate of assault is even higher then this!Now when you talk of these incidents happening in other countries,these are people under the influence of shaitan,and not due to Islam which forbids these types of acts.The Hijab is still a protection for these women,and that is why it is… [cont.]
