A. Which woman in travail? Can you give a reference? There is no woman in travail mentioned in 1 Cor 11. In 1 Thess 5:3 "While they are saying, "Peace and safety!" then destruction will come upon them suddenly like labor pains upon a woman with child, and they will not escape." It is the world.
